Denton TX’s singer-songwriter Spencer Douglas Wharton premiers his latest music video for his single, “When Love Gets Turned Away.” The single will be featured on his upcoming 8 track album, Getting Off On Misery. Accompanying Wharton is singer-songwriter Aubrey Wallace on co lead vocals.
Wharton said Wallaces voice was a perfect blend for the sound, and says it was what he felt the song need.
Chuck Stark of Spencer Wharton & the Static Creatures played the lead acoustic solo on the song and in the video.
Influenced by life experiences, Wharton’s single describes personal emotions felt for a loved one in despair. feeling the need to write an inspiring and uplifting love ballad, the single came about.
Directed By Dallas videographer Andrew Sherman the video was filmed in Denton, TX.
